2016 strikes again, the year took our iconic Princess Leia. On Tuesday, the legendary Star Wars’ actress passed away just four days after suffering from a heart attack at the age of 60. The iconic actress is survived by her mother and her daughter.

Well known for her honesty and speaking her mindt, Carrie Fisher will be missed. The iconic Princess Leia will be remembered for her roles in the Star Wars’ series and her truth-telling books.

Born in California in 1956, Fisher was a Hollywood Royalty child. She was the daughter of singer Eddie Fisher and actress Debbie Reynolds. The couple split when Carrie was just two years old after her father left her mother for actress Elizabeth Taylor. At that time it was a huge scandal.
