Taylor Swift Surprises Her 96-year Old Fan By Going To His Home
Taylor Swift stepped out of all the Hollywood drama and did something great for once. No, I’m not talking about another breakup hit, the singer gave a World War II veteran the biggest surprise ever by showing up at his house to perform, he even called it a “Christmas miracle”.
Swift appeared without a previous notice in New Madrid, Missouri, the place where her oldest fan lives. The surprise arrived just in time for boxing day since Taylor sang for Cyrus Porter on Monday, December 26th.
His grandson documented the whole moment.
Robert Frye shared the surprise with the Twitter community, posting videos and pictures of the meeting.
Swift decided to drop by when she heard him on the radio.
During an interview with his local news station KFVS, Cyrus was telling the stories of how he’s been in many shows and how much he loves her. The video of the interview went viral and got to Taylor’s eyes, so she decided to do something about it.
The grandpa gave Swift a tour of his WWII memorabilia.
It was the least thing he could do after she showed up at his house to perform “Look what she does, she puts on a show no one else puts on, I just liked the way the way she did stuff.” he said.
Porter was named her biggest fan this year.
The veteran is 96 years old and he has attended several Taylor concerts with his grandchildren.
His family is super excited.
They share the love for Taylor and this encounter means a lot to them.
