Even knowing that DC has disappointed us with its latest movies, everyone was excited to watch Suicide Squad. The movie seemed too good to be true, the most dangerous bad guys teamed up with the government in order to save the world, that definitely catches your attention. But once you watch it, your feelings for DC come back. Screen Junkies decided to make an honest trailer to let you know what really happens in the movie.
These YouTubers are known for letting people know what really happens in movies. Suicide Squad is such a bad movie, everyone was claiming for them to do the honest trailer. They responded to the claiming and they came up with the most accurate teaser ever.
It’s hard to get the point of the movie.
Some people compare Suicide Squad with Marvel’s Guardians Of The Galaxy, it’s supposed to be bad guys saving the world, with a nice soundtrack and making it look pretty cool. The difference is that Marvel nailed it and David Ayer who’s the director of the DC movie, didn’t. It doesn’t matter how much shade you throw to Marvel, they are doing a lot better.
What’s wrong in the first place?
Amanda Waller played by Viola Davis, has the idea of putting together the worst of the worst and orders them to do exactly that “Do your worst b***” to fight these guys that have the skill levels of Superman.
What are they supposed to do?
At the beginning of the movie, you can see how they are easily defeated by Batman or whoever had the task to do it. Ok, they are very powerful, I give you that but their skills, seriously?.
A bunch of useless bad guys.

Harley Quinn isn’t really mad.
Margot Robbie does look like Harley but she doesn’t act like her. She’s supposed to be insane, but looking her acting crazy isn’t believable at all. Plus, she’s with the Joker who should be as cruel as her past lovers but instead he spends the whole movie protecting her.
Will Smith playing Will Smith in every role he’s done.
They say that he’s there to save the movie, but he doesn’t. Not enough. You need to know that he’s playing the rebel guy who’s good on the inside his whole life, that means he knows how to do it. In this movie, he’s some sort of leader a “bad guy” that robs just to impress his daughter… he didn’t impress us.
As an actress, you should be a model.
Cara Delevigne plays Enchantress, a lethal villain that the squad has to fight. They are even more powerful. But Cara, she should Uhm, stick to modeling.
The Joker is a joke.
You take a look at the original trailer and you expect so much from him, Jared Leto’s best performance, a really good part, madness, greatness. And then you watch the movie to realize he’s barely in the movie and he’s so bad you can cut it off. They even compare him with Ace Ventura. I was reading some reviews and one of the funniest said that he looks like Home Alone’s Macaulay Culkin and the fact that seeing this actor grown up IRL is even scarier. They are right.
