The restaurant provides a full culinary experience.
The restaurant’s goal is to offer an experience with zero interaction, with your friends, your date, not ever the server. This way the person can focus on the meal and really enjoy the food. This is how they came up with the idea of “Flavor Concentration Booths”.
What are “Flavor Concentration Booths?
Well, are partitioned seats at the counter, that made individual booths for customers. The whole concept is to have a meal that involves the minimal human interaction, so they don’t even have a hostess.
And you don’t even talk to your server.
Minimal human interaction, for sure. First, you have to fill your order form.
Once the order is filled…
You gotta press the button to call your server, who reads the order and proceeds to prepare the dish.
Then you’re all set to eat.
So, you receive your steaming soup and a little bamboo curtain goes down, to give you the privacy you wish to eat.
Focus on this delicious food
And without all the noise and talks, you can happily enjoy this ramen food, and really flavored the food in front of you. Enjoy!
