The movie “Kingsman: The Secret Service,” by Matthew Vaughn, which’s script he co-wrote along with Jane Goldman, was and incredible modern-day twist spy parody. As it takes on the 60s tradition of the Bond-like British spy. Now a sequel to the film has been released, called “Kingsman: The Golden Circle”.
This time we see Eggsy (Taron Egerton) coming back for a new adventure, along with many new characters and the return of many others. As also a summarized version plot of the movie has been revealed.
Trailer and new adventures
The movie based on the comic book by Mark Millar and Dave Gibbons is back. As their previous fun and the incredible movie was on 2014. We know see Eggsy more established as a spy and many new characters, as the Kingsman headquarters are blown up and they head to the U.S.
The synthesis of the new film says: “When [the Kingsman] headquarters are destroyed and the world is held hostage, their journey leads them to the discovery of an allied spy organization in the US called Statesman, dating back to the day they were both founded. In a new adventure that tests their agents’ strength and wits to the limit, these two elite secret organizations band together to defeat a ruthless common enemy, in order to save the world.”
New friends and villains
The American agency is directed by Channing Tatum, Jeff Bridges and Halle Berry. The first two in a cowboy stereotypical style that promises to bring a lot of fun. But the new characters aren’t all that the movie has, as Harry Hart is supposedly coming back. As a shot of Eggsy’s mentor shaving is shown revealing to us that he might have survived the last movie. Since many of us thought he was dead.
The fact that Harry is still alive has got many people excited about the new movie on social media, as they’ve expressed their joy. While Julianne Moore, who also joins the cast of the film, seems to be the villain of the movie called Poppy. Who is a notorious criminal mastermind and a member of the secret new world order group “The Golden Circle”.
Humor and looks
The sequel of the movie really promises a lot. Not only due to the elegance and classy outfits, gadgets, and cars. But also due to the action scenes and humor that have characterized Vaughn’s work and the previous film.
“Kingsman: The Golden Circle” will premiere on September 22nd in the U.S. For Australia it will be on September 28th and September 29th in the U.K. Probably it won’t get to the Oscars but it will sure be a good movie to watch. Besides taking a bit out of seriousness to the stoic British spies.
