Drake Finally Reveals The Release Date For ‘More Life’ Playlist

In 2016, a day before his birthday on October 24th, the Canadian rapper, Drake went on OVO Sound Radio to announce a new project he was working on. After the awesome news of Drake’s new playlist was revealed, the kind of play with our minds by giving us mix information about its release date.

Finally, a few hours after a video surfaced of Drake telling fans he would be delivering his highly anticipated project “as soon as possible,” the rapper uploaded an Instagram video confirming the ‘More Life’ formal release date.

A playlist, not an album.

Last year, on October 24th, Drake went on OVO Sound Radio to announce his new project. In the interview, the rapper described his new work as “a playlist with all original music.”

“’More Life’ is interesting because this is him right on the peak of his biggest project yet, doing his biggest tour and still having so many good ideas that he just wants to put out without making it a big ordeal. That’s why he’s trying to call it a playlist because he has a bunch of people in a space, hanging out,” Nineteen85 explained.

Drake Announces ‘More Life’ Release Date.

Finally, the good news are here, on Saturday Drake confirmed that More Life will arrive Saturday, March 18. The rapper star uploaded a video to Instagram which looks like we’re just a week out from finally hearing what he’s been cooking up.

About Drake’s new work.

What makes different the new project is that it looks like Drake wants to play with new sounds, and put some new people on in the process. A Drake’s frequent collaborator Nineteen85 said that “he’s so aware of what everybody else is doing musically that he likes to introduce new music and new artists to the rest of the world.”

Until now, we did not have confirmed information about ‘More Life’, the only real thing they have given us what the cover art. Last November, Drake released a tweet that shown a photograph of his father, Dennis Graham writing on a notepad.
